One of the great classic items in the world of magic is the Jardine Ellis Ring. You have an ordinary ring that can penetrate wands, ropes, or even leap to your finger after you've clearly taken it off. While the classic version of this looked like a shower curtain ring - something that you probably wouldn't have on you - it has been re-imagined by Joe Porper for everyday carry. And now, v 2.0 takes Joe's vision even further, as it is interchangeable with the AmazeRing (sold separately).
Little has been published recently, but one of the classic publications was John Howie's fine book, Jardine Ellis Ring Magic. Copyright for this book belongs to Martin Breese, and he has allowed Mr. Porper to re-write and publish the work with Porper's new version of the classic Jardine Ellis Ring.
As a BONUS, we are including a few clever Ellis Ring effects from the book, John Howie Routines with the Jardine Ellis Ring, courtesy of copyright holder, Martin Breese.
Additional information can be found in Lewis Ganson's The Art of Close Up Magic vol.1, which has 42 pages on this item alone, and R. Paul Wilson's One True Ring, which is a classic handling of this item.
